RFE 17 March 2014 Event – Making cross-border rail attractive: How to get more trains across borders?

This dinner-debate took place at the European Parliament in Brussels on 17 March 2014. It gathered around 70 participants, including MEPs, representatives of the European Commission and rail stakeholders.

The keynote speakers were:

- Andreas Warnecke, Liaison Office for public bus & rail transport in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine, Aachener Verkehrsverbund

- Gösta Weber, Project Director, Regions of Connected Knowledge Project, City of Eindhoven

- Keir Fitch, Head of Unit on Research and Innovative Transport Systems, DG MOVE
